By downloading, installing, accessing, or using NLtimer, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

NLtimer is a planning and timing tool for multi-stage tasks. It can run relative countdown stages and absolute-time plans that calculate a schedule around a target time.

NLtimer is intended to help with personal planning, routines, sports, training, travel preparation, presentations, and similar timing workflows.

NLtimer is not a safety-critical, medical, emergency, aviation, industrial control, legal-deadline, or life-support tool. Do not rely on NLtimer where a timing error could cause injury, property damage, legal harm, or other serious consequences.

Timer behavior may be affected by device settings, Android battery restrictions, notifications, permissions, operating system behavior, app updates, crashes, user actions, and hardware limitations.

You are responsible for checking your tasks, stages, durations, target times, absolute times, imported files, exported files, backups, and device settings before relying on a timer.

You are also responsible for keeping backup copies of important task data if losing it would matter to you.

Task names, descriptions, stage hints, imported tasks, exported tasks, and backup files are your content. You must not use NLtimer to create, store, import, export, or share content that violates laws or the rights of others.

When you export or share a file, you are responsible for where that file is sent and who can access it.

We claim no ownership of your task content, stage descriptions, hints, imported files, exported files, or backup files.

NLtimer may offer Free, Trial Premium, and Premium modes. The Free mode may include limits such as task limits, import limits, or backup limits while still allowing access to core functionality.

Trial Premium may be offered for a limited time and may end automatically when the trial period expires. Premium features may require a valid license, promo code, or Google Play purchase if paid purchases are enabled.

Feature availability, limits, trial rules, and pricing may change before or after launch.

If paid features are offered through Google Play, purchases, taxes, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play terms and policies.

We may change, suspend, remove, or update features, limits, design, translations, website content, or documentation. We may also stop supporting old versions of the app when necessary.

The app is currently marked as Coming soon on the website. Some website descriptions may refer to planned or upcoming features.

NLtimer, its name, design, website, text, graphics, and app materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or misuse the app or website except as allowed by law or by the app's normal functionality.

NLtimer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free behavior.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, missed events, missed deadlines, missed transportation, lost profits, or other losses related to the use or inability to use NLtimer.

You may stop using NLtimer at any time by uninstalling the app. We may restrict access to future services or features if necessary to protect the app, users, or legal compliance.
